When the air is dry, the degree of wetness of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract is decreased, and the dust in the house caused by the dryness is increased, which may cause respiratory diseases in the flock.

Humidity affects the amount of ventilation, and as the humidity increases and decreases, the amount of ventilation changes. Causes of low humidity: In winter and spring, the outside climate is dry and there is no moisture in the air. Part of the water vapor evaporates due to the increase in the temperature. The ventilation system is not properly controlled, the ventilation is too large, and the water vapor in the house is taken away, so that the relative humidity of the air is lowered.
