Method for preventing mildew of feed

1. Prevention of feed mildew, feed and raw materials used for breeding can be effectively prevented from being mildewed by controlling temperature, humidity and environment during storage, processing and transportation.

2. Strictly control the water content, choose high quality and low moisture content in chicken battery cages

3. Try to shorten the storage period and shorten the storage period to effectively reduce the pollution of mold. The storage period of finished products should not exceed one week.

4. High temperature and high humidity to prevent moisture, the temperature and humidity of the feed storage place should be reduced as much as possible to prevent mildew from returning to moisture. Especially in the season of high temperature, high humidity and rain, it is necessary to reduce the temperature, humidity and dry state, and effectively control the reproduction of mold and the production of toxins. During the storage process, the feed should not touch the ground and the wall, and maintain a good ventilation and dry storage environment. Powder and pellet feeds are preferably sealed in plastic bags.

5. The process is anti-hygroscopic, and the feed will increase in temperature, increase the humidity, and enhance the osmosis during the processing of pulverization and granulation, so that a high-temperature and high-humidity state is formed, which is easy to stimulate the reproduction and growth of the mold. Therefore, after the feed is processed, it should be cooled to below 12 °C in time, and the water content should be less than 12% before packaging and storage.
